The bottom chassis is left with minimum weathering for 情景 reason.  I built this 2 weeks ago and I still have not decdie the situation of the 情景.  The Brummbar is usually for street fighting so I need to match the weathering to the debris color.

Just a quick description:  The zim on the turret is aftermarket, only the chassis part of the zim is done by me to match the turret with tamiya putty.  The sideskirts are made by plastic for PE are too thin for that scale.

The the zim is from the old Jaugar.  It's very thick and I think it's little out of scale.   The zim itself is a bit strange too.   Cavaliar pattern does not match to it.

I usually prefer Cavalier because its easy to use and save alot of time.  But sometimes if you build 2 same type of tank at the same time, the zim would look identical.

Have you tried the Cav zim yet?

I always want one but I can not get one here in U.S.  What I use right now is just  Tamiya's PE zim too and regular toothpick

Tooth pick is okay   The trick is to thin the putty so the point dont lift the putty off the model.  I get a box of tooth pick and as soon as the toothpick get dirty, I change a new one.  The advantage using a tooth pick is you have a good control of the direction of your zim.  You also are able to make it so its not too uniformed.  The disadvantage of toothpick is very time consuming and it is really not for beginner.  Give a try sometimes, you will be amazed you can get into hard to reach places!
