The yellow and red band is the wing(fighter division) marking.

In fact, only JG301 got the Ta152s so their fuselage are always painted with yellow and red band.

For the "bomb shaped stuff" between the landing gears, it is a drop tank, which is an auxiliary fuel tank that extend the flying range of the aircraft.
When in combat, the pilot will drop this tank away in order to increase the maneuverability.
I found its funny that Germans painted "Keine Bombe!" on the sides of the tank, which literally means "Not a bomb!" in English.
So that when the tank landed on somebody's roof, he didn't need to run for his life.
