Does anyone shop at E2046 in the internet?

I am from Canada.  There are some figures that I find in this site, but I never shop at this place.  Can anyone tell me about their experience with this shop?

I tried once. And i bought a robot kit there. The quality is OK, and the package is well. But i m in HK and i dun know how long the shipping time is to Canada

I have bought some kits from this shop in the past.  No problem with their services (in fact, quite good).

For one of the FSS kit I ordered from them, a part was missing from the box.  I notified them and send the replacement to me within a month time for free (I consider this as acceptable, better than if they totally ignore the request).

I incline to order those "new release" kits from them only.  I found that the quality of those old kits (including those kits that have been around the market for say 1 year time) are not quite good sometimes.

The shipping time to Sydney is very quick, for the cheapest mailing option (not the EMS), usually within 2 weeks.
