First of all, sorry for typing in English..My chinese typing is really bad..

Anyway, I seen a lot of you guys like to sharpen antenna or swords of a model. As far as I know, you guys cut the end off and glue the extra piece on it, then sharpen it. This is the sitation, I did that, but while I was sharpening it or about to finish, the place where I glue it usually  broke off. I already filed both side flat before gluing them. Could it be the gluing surface too small??

I used tamiya the orange cap, and it had it sit for a night before working.
