welcome on your comment. let me explain more on design concept behind. what you see now is actually the same kit. I didn't change anything after the last info update. I re-take the photo to show the angel of the shot did have impact on the overall shape.
first - here was the the 1st proto
What I have done so far on the 2nd proto are
1. Revised the head. The fin and the head proportion are actually following the Gundam fix.
- if you think the fix is not a good proportion reference...what exactly do you think is the right size?
2. there is no further revision on the check size from the 1sr proto.
- I believe the chest size is alright. I have no intention is copy any previous lineart. I like the feeling on a heavier armor.
- I have also taken the max limitation on the internal frame. Any further reduction on size means a whole upper body parts.
- My intention of a TRUE conversion kit is to maximize the original kit and controlling the cost of the conversion kit at low price.
3. Revised the side leg armor. You can see I have also beef up the side armor compare with the 1st.
- I believe it already matches up with the rest of the body proportion.
4. Size up the front skirt armor and the low front armor as person previsous comment from this board.
Try not to think I am copying exactly other's works. I have my own interpretation and that's what make this work fun.
there is no further revision on this kit as my japanese partner already APPROVED the design. we are moving forward to the Cad drawing procedure and will have the rapid proto (the transparent proto) ready to review by end of next month.
