Here's the inocom on EXS head..
but it dosne't round enuf & not detail enuf... (casting problem)
so need do something about it...

Than after I check with my "parts store"....
I think about using the Kotobukiya MSG....









Comparision...

After finished, put everything togethe to check the balancing...









As U guys can notice...
I also cut of the original "minus mold" & replce it by using the Kotobukiya's..
much more details.

As the back of the head..
the problem as the picture show....


I dun understand how can the gab line came out of the center...
I try to use miniput to cover the hole & gabs...
but the gab was to big & deep, sand until my hand pain...
Than I tot about cut off the original CoreWorks & replace it with the original Bandai's pc.

Was planning to continue with the head,
but facing the problem with the V-Fin...


The atena.... was broken...
I need to spend sometime to think about use something else to replace.. or redo...

as U guys can see... I only start doing the "re-touching" work...
still got a long way to go...

I just use the mini hand drill to drill the hole first, than put the kotobukiya parts into it.

Okay, some up-date pics of the week...

Here's the side chest armor.... see the "inner part" there?
Dunno why but got something like "hairs"... on the piston ....(both left & right also got..)




Than I use cutter & sand paper to sand it off...



And now, comes to the lower body or torso part:

I cut off the core fighter... than...


I found a unused part: Ver.Ka GM Inner frame.... :p


& mixed together become like this...

Comes to the waist part...

I cut off the original part of the back skirt..
& replace a ball join..
Plus throwing everything in the waist inner flame...





I found a ball join which it's sizes is fit inside the waist part...





Than superglued & cover it by using some unused pla-plates...





Front skirt
Nothing special, only add some detailing..

This is to replace the original "Back Support" of the EXS...

Because of the original back support can block the body for twisting around,
so I need to think of something so that it can follow the move of the body..

Try to setter the V-Fin problem.... but sh!t thing happens again...


When I try to fix the fin back to normal after using hair dryer...
the fin was broken...:blood0ni:

Than forcing me to scratch build a new one....

I found out the Core works part... the wing there got ban...
so I plan to cut the wing from the oiginal part to replace the Core Work's....

Some place of the recast kit really got bad casting....


Put some miniput to cover the big hole there...



While waiting the miniput to dry...
hand ichi... try to snap fit & see the result...

As U guys can see... the re-cast part dosen't really straight enaugh...
I try to use hot water & air dryer to fix it back, but cannot...


So I decided to do it my way...
I cut it into 3 parts,



Than use super glue to glue it back after I adjust the "balancing"....

Here's the final parts that I left.. which has a "SUPER FINE FINISHING!!!














The burnier... GREAT RECAST QUALITY isn't?

Just want to say something, I really can't do anything about this 4pcs burnier...
lucky my client understand & give me  permission to use back the original Bandai
parts... if not.... ? D@mn!!!

Anyway, just shoot!!
