3. Ready for Plus
0.4 mm diameter for each connection point. There will be 13 Spark Plus cord connecting to this small part


4. Ready for Tube
Once again. There will be 12 Tube connecting to the V12 Engine


5 Brake Disks (5 in one by using PE)

Wiring
This is the Plus Cord coming with the kit. However, it doesn't look like a Plus Cord at all.


The effect is not very good if this cord is being used.


Instead, I have used a substitution from MSM Creation. This is much better than the one coming with the kit.


However, the diameter of Plus Cord from MSM Creation is about 0.48mm. All holes for connection have to be drilled again. 0.5 mm should be perfect.


Hopefully, will move to the connection of oil tubes real soon !

It is something like that.

Oil Tube Connection.

I have been stuck in this step for couple days already.
The original design is using the L-Shape hook connecting with the OIL TUBE provided with the kit. However, there are 2 problems
1. I have tried many glue but not working for the tube and the L-Shape hook very well.
2. The provided tube is not flexiable but HARD. When I bend it a little bit, it will detacted from the L-Shape hook.
See Step 2 and Step 3

So, DIY seems to be the only solution. The OIL TUBE have to be planted inside the part.
The part is about 3mm x 4mm. For the substitute, FISH WIRE is a good choice since it is CLEAR in color and also more flexible.


Hofefully, those OIL TUBE would be connected to the cylinders on tomorrow.

Take a guess, how many OIL TUBES have been connected in the picture ?

Fitting Test

The engine block is almost done, it is time to move forward to cockpit and rear suspension.
However, AA glue seems to be not strong enough for the suspension. Therefore, some parts have been soldered by soldering iron.

It is time to work on Cockpit and suspension

Wheel and its Center Lock Nut

I have these few parts on my table for already 3 nights. I don't really think the White Metal Wheel Center Lock Nut is strong enough to hold properly without using Krazy Glue. However, if Kzay Glue is used, that means all the detail will be hidden forever especially the front brake detail. This gives me a headache.


Finally, I got a clue on yesterday evening. I did a little experience by using Brass Tube and Brass Stick, They worked really good and also fitted well.


In addition, they provide a very good support too. It should be strong enough for the car.

Most of the time has been spent on cleaning up the White Metal and fixing the wheel alignment

Very little progress. Just the the front suspension and the cockpit polishing job done. For the polishing job, it was kinda nightmare because some of its shape. I have already tried my best on it.
Btw, there is some newly taken pic.
