thanks for your kind comments lah~~ i really like ferraries in pearl white~ just plain sexy =P
i dont quite understand what is the effect u described on the pearl flake, but theres nothing special on my part, all i did was, color, clear and polish~ i will work harder next time.

      Cars in different colour can express his different character and personality, so no matter car modelling or real sport car, it's no doubt

   colour can affect the feeling of a car which is loveable,  attractive or sexy ! In my mind, F430 or FXX in peal white, just looks like a pure

   angel put on evening dress dancing on the floor in the party !! it's so elegant !!

       Alex, the effect I described on the peal flake is why it looks so dizzying (璀璨閃耀), at the first time, I think you may added peal

   powder in the paint, but it's impossible, cos I know you only used the can spray. so you're understand now !!

Now i understand what u mean lah~ at first i thought dizzying = 睇到你暈暈地 or something like that~ and i thought oh no.... now i understand, glad you like the effect lah~ but its thanks to tamiya, their can pearl paint is pretty good. but as i discovered just 2 days ago, it says on the can when we use it, we should first spray pure white. i have skiooed this tep with all my previous pearlwhite cars, so im looking forward to try this out on the fxx.

im so happy about the feeling this car has given you, its exactly what i had in mind when i made it~ maybe i wanted it to be a bit "sexy" as well, but oh well.

recently i have also discovered a can color which is perfect to go with pearl white as a interior color, its sorta like wine red. maybe it will make my next pearl white car even better, not the fxx, maybe a caymen or a gallado.

by the way, hows the challenge goin?

        Oh, now I know the whole step of paintwork, may be next time you'd better applied few coats super white before you spray pearl

   white, this step can let you use less pearl white but the colour can appear a bit faster and more rich. By the way, I tell you a little

   secret, pearl white is one of my first real car paint I tried to use, Alex, you know, usually man hardly forgot the first time's experience

   of what he did,  so that's why it is impressive that I saw same guy also do the same thing, besides, as I know in real car world, some

   sprayworkers will apply few thin layers of light pink and lilac on the side or edge softly for final finish to enhance 3D effect, in fact, it

   looks much more better than mono-tone,  Alex, if you like this effect, may be you could try it out by coming ferrari !!  can you ??

         The wine red color you mentioned, is it model paint or something else ?  I hope you can show me soon !!

         Haha......  now the challenge is being come into polishing stage, it will take some time, may be send you pictures if possible !!

interesting tips u have given me~ thanks, i will definately try it out~
wow ur first spray work is pearl white~ tahts cool man, got any pics of that baby? i can still remember my first spray job~ it was a 34, sprayed in light matalic blue and didnt apply clear coat~ =P
the wine wed paint is my hobby gundam color spay - 10 - G red 2/semi gloss, if apply this then matt coat, the result is quite brilliant, a might also consider using this as body color as well.
finally, good to hear the challenge is in sound progress, look forward to see it soon

but the pearl white car was your first model car wor, (right?) u must feel a sense of loss for that,  i would never let my first car go~ even if its badly done, it still holds lots of memories that i can look back and feel good about.

i will look forward to seeeing you make a 34~ i love then so much as well, btw, when can u see u make one pearl white beauty?
