Brought this resin kit is a very unlucky thing in my model making life!!
The resin is very fragile and brittle like “potato chips”, and when you cut it by saw, the remaining cut off from the resin is like “sand”. This O.K.! But Instant glue (AA) cannot glue those parts together, it can’t dry!! It took an hour for the instant glue to dry up. I did know what happen to the material? So what Ｉam doing is used the glue from german brand called Pattex to glue the big parts together. I used the two side adhesive tape to stick the little parts to the big parts for easy spraying first.

All the things about this kit is good (I mean the design, not material) except the elbow’s joint (pic 1).  It use the resin instead of the MG joint. If the material is not brittle and the joint’s hole is misalign after too much copy, it so easy to break – just like mine. So I have to fix it by replacing the one from MG (pic 2) The operation seems O.K. (pic 3)
Now the overall shape is built, I like it.  I thought it will be as big as the GMG Hi Nu, but no, they are different (pic 5) so I can’t put his head into Hi Nu.

I dream of having this kit since VP issue the platinum version two years ago. I already have the MG  model and assemble during the first launch from Bandai (year 2000). After a while, the really nice Evolve version created and VP keep on posting the progress picture in their site. Suddenly, Neograde realize it first, I have a big struggle whether wait for the VP version or buying the Neograde version. Finally the VP issue the platinum version, but HK still don’t have it until last summer. I think some people still remember this struggle and hard to make decision as the MG model also costs over $300 and only a few parts  were used - only the joints.
