I am bad in writing because my bad grammar, they need you to have a very clear idea about your writing and the writing structure.You better have one introduction, two to three body and one conclusion in your writing.I think it is better for you to understand what is a topic sentience and thesis statement, it may help you get a high score in writing.
Read more English newspaper also get help in reading part, I know there are some free English newspaper. In the reading part, they almost ask you to read five to seven essay and answer the question in a limited time, try to read quickly and understand the general meaning is one of the key to pass the test
For listening and speaking, watch more TV
This is very little bit information for my own experience, I hope it can help you.
You may find some useful books from public library, too.
I hold all the TOEFL books from my campus's library when I prepared the test
